Ingredients :
1/4 cup Mild Salsa
1 (15 ounces) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups Cold Water
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1-1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon White Sugar

Preparation:
1. Strain mild salsa through strainer. Discard salsa left in strainer.
2. Place 3 tablespoons black beans aside.
3. Add remaining black beans, strained salsa, cold water, cherry tomatoes, ground cumin, and white sugar to blender. Puree until smooth.
4. Stir in reserved black beans.
5. Refrigerate and serve cold.
