Swim for beautiful body: Swimming can provide you with all round development. It concerns exercising each muscle of the body. The relaxation and refreshing feeling that you get is beyond imagination. Unlike other workouts, swimming does not concentrate on any particular part of the body.

Swimming produces psychology benefits as well. It rejuvenates one who seeks solace beyond a stressful life.

Try squats to get a great body:
Stand in front of your or a bench. Bend your knees as if you are sitting on a chair while putting your weight on the heels. Bend till your legs are parallel to the seat of the chair in front.

Now stand up to the original position and put your legs apart with toes pointing outwards. Now bend your knees in he toe direction till it hides the toes. Now return to the original standing posture.

Wall sit for body beauty: Stand with your back pressed on a wall. Move the feet away from the wall and bend your knees to form a right angle. Hold on like this for sometime.


Lunge to look great:
Keep your arms on the sides and then take a huge step forward keeping the high parallel to the ground. Now push yourself backward and come back to the original position.

DO the same with the other leg too. Now kneel down on your elbows and toes pulled in. Kick up with one leg that affects your posterior while extending the leg outwards. Doing this 20 times for each side works wonders.

Stand stretch for easy legs:
Stand away from the wall and touch it with your palms with hands stretched.

Now lean forward on your hands. Step backwards with one leg, keep the leg straight with heel firmly on the ground. That stretches your calf muscle. Hold on for fifteen seconds and try with the other leg.
